4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment authorization is received. We will send an order confirmation email to the address you provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions. By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is within our service area.

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery 10-15 days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50. Estimated delivery 15-25 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, local holidays, or carrier issues. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our 15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is detailed in our Shipping & Returns Policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Eligibility: Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
• Non-Returnable Items: Bundles, Commercial Bundles, customized/specially ordered equipment, and opened software/electronics are FINAL SALE.
• Process: Contact customer service at [email protected] for an RMA number before returning any item.
• Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-fault returns.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (credit cards) or 3-5 business days (PayPal) after approval and inspection.
